世界各国の大統領が参加。
インターネットで集めた100万のメッセージで 500mのメッセージアートを制作。
ユネスコ本部永久保存となる。
ユネスコ総長マイヨール氏・国連総長ガリ氏が主催。
その様子は世界200ヵ国にTV放映される。

to all over the world as a guidepost of prayer for the world peace.

67加盟国参加の国連ESCAPにおける重要会議にて大統領を始めVIPのメッセージアートが開催される。
その後、「21世紀平和の文化のシンボル」としてメインロビーに永久展示されている。
本部内重要個所用のアートを事務局長室横にアトリエを作り、滞在制作し5点の作品が永久展示されている。
また、ニューヨーク国連本部ではピカソの絵画の前で執り行われている決議案署名は、
国連ESCAPではサイヒロコのアートの前でコフィー・アナン国連事務総長により執り行われた。
サイヒロコは国連ESCAPより「フレンド・オブ・エスカップ」の称号を受け、
世界各国へアートによる平和の道標として
「平和の文化」=SAI環境四次元ミュージアム計画がスタートした。

VIP message art was done at the important meeting of the UN ESCAP which 67 countries attended.
It is being permanent exhibition in the main lobby as “Symbol of ‘Culture of Peace’ in the 21st century”.
She worked on art project at the studio next to the office of executive director. Five of her art works are being permanent exhibition.

1995年、近代都市概念の原点であり、EU文化交流の拠点となっている世界文化遺産の中で個展を開催。

以降、EU文化交流センターの議長として、フランス国家プロジェクトの文化交流を行う。
1997年、フランス国家プロジェクト「世界性の連帯」のシンボルとなる。
2000年、SAIマルチメディアミュージアムを完成。世界で初めての世界遺産内個人美術館。

Held a private exhibition at the world cultural heritage
which is the origin of the modern city concept and the base of the EU culture exchange in 1995.
Completed an art of 500 meters in three days and launched with an advertising balloon.
The opening period was extended for five months.
After that, as the chairperson of the EU cultural exchange center,

Became a symbol for “the Solidarity of the World” which was French national project in 1997.
SAI multimedia museum was completed in 2000.

日本国文科省はサイヒロコのポンピドゥ・センターでの活動に習い、
サイヒロコに日本で初めてとなる国立美術館での滞在制作を依頼。
国立美術館の4階フロアー全面をアトリエとして与えられ制作。
メインフロアー全体を「音」「光」「映像」によって
変化する四次元の世界を演出。
美術評論家のアラン・ジェフロアと村田慶之助など多くの芸術家が絶賛。

十七条憲法の冒頭に掲げた「和を持って尊ぶ」を概念とし、民族・宗教を超えた平和的コミュニケーションを生み出す。
自分自身がアートになり感動の中で五感が開かれる、世界初となる体験型四次元環境ミュージアム。
平和の祈りを捧げられる場として成田国際空港を利用する世界中の方々に平和的メッセージが送られている。
フランス大使館から絶賛を受け、ミュージアム看板が寄贈される。
現在、空港を利用した体験型四次元環境ミュージアムが国家プロジェクトとして世界中に拡がりを見せている。

2011年インドネシア共和国ジョグジャカルタ特別州世界遺産プランバナン遺跡 にて。主催ジョグジャカルタ王室及び州当遺跡初となる世界遺産を使ったアートプロジェクトとなった。王室運営の国立ジョグジャカルタミュージアムにて制作の場を与えられた。王室よりメダル授与。アジア初の世界遺産ウォーク世界大会誘致に繋げる。

2011/ Republic of Indonesia Jogjakarta special state world heritage Prambanan remains.
The Jogjakarta Royal Family and a state sponsor it. It became the art project using the world heritage which became first among our remains.
Received a place of the production in national Jogjakarta museum of the Royal Family administration.
A medal was granted by the Royal family.

フランスの美術評論家アラン・ジュフロアも参加し、世界のムーブメントを起こす。サイヒロコの即興での音に合わせアラン・ジュフロアと共に詩「大地」の朗読を四次元環境アートの中で行う。

世界デザイン万博にて世界のトップデザイナー800人による｢東京の夕べ｣を総合プロデュース

サイヒロコのアートの中で100周年式典が行われた。
メインイベントでは各国大統領によるメッセージアートが行われる。
アウンサンスーチー氏からもメッセージを受け取る。

100th anniversary event of Nobel Peace Prize was held inside of Sai’s art work at Korea.
Aung San Suu Kyi and ambassadors put messages on the art.

1988年ソウルオリンピックの文化プログラムである｢世界文化オリンピック｣にてサイヒロコはフランスの代表として参加し、大会のトリを務める。

“World Cultural Olympic” was a cultural Olympic held at the Seoul Olympic. Sai Hiroko had the honor of closing performer who represents France at the Olympic.

日本最大級のショッピングモール4階・5階に環境アート「誘惑」制作。

年越し12時に四次元アートパフォーマンス。各国の大統領の声をラップにし、今までに無い光と映像・音による5時間のニュース番組を創りあげ絶賛される。サイヒロコはメインゲストとして出演。NHK局長賞を受賞。

Sai presented art performance in New Year’s Eve program of Japan Broadcasting Corporation(NHK) during countdown. It was admired for creating new expression with processed images and sounds of voices of Presidents, and received NHK director prize.

ルドゥの、理想都市。

18世紀、クロード・ニコラ・ルドゥの設計により王立製塩工場として1779年に竣工した大建築。理想都市構想を展開した。 1927年、クロード・ニコラ・ルドゥ財団を設けて本格的な文化施設として整備。1994年に同名の研究所が組織され、 今ではEU(欧州連合)の文化交流センターになっている。 「人間が人間の尊厳をもって生きられる場所」として都市の概念を初めて作ったことで、1983年にユネスコの世界遺産に指定され、「世界の都市の教科書」、「理想都市の中心的存在」と位置づけられている。 夏期にはヨーロッパ連合各国より選抜された若手天才音楽家によるコンサート ジユパントゥス、ツール・ド・フランス、 国際バルーンフェスティバルなどのイべントが開催されることでも有名。 現在サリーヌ・ロワイヤルは、フランス国家の文化・環境・建築・観光・教育・科学部門、国立近代美術館ポンピドー ・センター、国立科学産業館ラ・ビレット、ヨーロッパ連合と提携し、未来の理想都市づくりのシンクタンクとして機能している。開催されたシンポジウム、イベントはプラスティックカー・ショー、国際建築デザイン学会、EU建築空間学会、プラスティック素材会議、国際気象学会議、地中海学会、日仏サミットなど。世界で唯一個人の建築家を対象とした「ルドゥ博物館(Musee Ledoux)」。

The Ideal City Ledoux

A large building completed in 1779 as a royal salt production plant by the design of Claude Nicola Rudou in the 18th century. Ideal city plan developed. In 1927, the Claude Nikola Rudou Foundation was established to serve as a full-scale cultural facility. A research institute of the same name was organized in 1994 and now it is a cultural exchange center of the EU (European Union).
By creating the concept of a city for the first time as "a place where humans can live with the dignity of human beings", it was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983 it is positioned as “World Cities Textbook” and “The Center of Ideal City”. It is also famous for the events such as concert jeypantus, Tour de France, International balloon festival by young genius musicians selected from the European Union in summer. Currently, Saline Royale is partnering with the French state's culture, environment, architecture, tourism, education and science division, National Museum of Modern Art Pompidou Center, National Science Foundry Center La Billette, European Union, think tank of the ideal city of the future The symposium and the events such as a plastic car show, the International Architectural Design Association, the EU Architectural Spatial Society, the Plastic Material Conference, the International Meteorological Society was held. the Mediterranean Society, the Japan-France Summit and so on. “Musee Ledoux” is the only museum in the world which is for the individual architects.

サリーヌ・ロワイヤル中央部を占めるディレクターズハウスはその複雑な構造により、「すべてのアートを拒絶する空間」とされてきた。1995年8月、サイヒロコがこの難しい空間に挑み、見事制覇した。館内滞在制作によるサイヒロコの「4次元アート」 展で、サイは、サリーヌ・ロワイヤルを、音、映像、光、ハイテクノロジーをアートによって飲み込み融合された体感的四次元宇宙空間に変え、自分を発見し、創造のためのコミュニケーションを産み出す、胎内宇宙とした。「彼女の才能は数世紀に一人、稀に現れる天才のみが持つものだ」(セルジュ・アントワーヌ環境省創設者・サリーヌ・ロワイヤル会長)と絶賛を得た。ルドゥの未来を語る設計思想を吸収しながら建物内の構造物を自分の作品の一部に取り入れ、空間を残さず制御してしまったからである。サイの作品好評を博し、この地方の出身であるパスツール100周年記念展示場がサイのアトリエに変わり3日間で500mのアートを制作し、 期間を5ケ月間延長して展示された。EU文化交流センターとしての機能を持った、サリーヌ・ロワイヤルでは、サイヒロコを議長とオーガナイザーに定め、さまざまな文化交流プロジェクトを行った。アートとは「人間とは何か」を追求する、社会の中心的存在として常にあるべきであるというサイの思想に基づき、21世紀を拓くアイデアと実践における方法論が評価され、テーマにふさわしいオーガナイザー指名となった。 2000年には、「フランス国家プロジェクト2000」が展開され、サリーヌ・ロワイヤルでは、「コミュニケーションと創造性」をコンセプトに、世界初の体感型エコミュージアム SAIマルチメディアミュージアムが仏国家とポンピドーセンター、ラビレットしの推薦でオープン。世界遺産内部の主要空間に個人美術館が新規に作られ、永久保存されるというかつて無い試みであり、18世紀理想都市の21世紀に向けた歴史的再編となった。

SAI HIROKO and le Saline Royale

The director's house which occupies the central part of Saline Royale has been regarded as a "space rejecting all art" due to its complicated structure.
In August 1995, Sai Hiroko challenged this difficult space, and won the conquest. Her "Four Dimensional Art" exhibition by staying in the hall, Sai changed herself to Saladu Royale by converting sound, image, light, high technology into articulated four dimensional space fused with art and discovered herself. To create commu- nication for creation, the universe in the womb. "Her talent is held only by a genius that rarely appears in the centuries" (Sergeant Antoine former environmental minister) and was acclaimed. It took in the design philoso- phy that tells the future of Rudou while incorporating the structure inside the building into a part of her work and controlled without leaving space. Because the exhibition was so successful, it was extended for five months taking out the period from the Pasteur 100th anniversary commemorative exhibition from this region.
At Saline Royale, which has a function as an EU cultural exchange center, decided to welcome Sai Hiroko as an organizer and she conducted culture exchange projects. She was the right organizer for having the idea that art should be the center of our society that pursue “what human is”, and the methodology in its practice has become appointedorganizer suitable for the theme.
In 2000, the "French National Project 2000" was developed, and in Saline Royale,Based on the concept of "communication and creativity", a new form of sensible eco-museum SAImultimedia museum was opened. It is an unprecedented attempt to create a new personal museum in the main space inside the World Heritage site and permanently preserved. And it became a historical reorganization toward the 21st century of the ideal city of the 18th century.
